If you are keeping your child home due to illness/injury, contact Mrs. Streich. Please state your name, your child’s name & grade, and leave a detailed message re: symptoms, and nature of illness, duration, etc., include specific complaints like: sore throat, cough, vomiting, fever (in degrees), any Physician's diagnosis, etc. Keep your child home until they are fever-free, without vomiting/diarrhea x 24 hours. If in doubt call me!

I will call you if I don't hear from you, to gather specifics, and confirm your student is home ill. When they return to school, please send a note with them to give to their teacher.
