WHY GIVE?
Tuition payments alone are not sufficient to financially support our school. As part of the Diocese of Buffalo Guidelines for a healthy and viable school, tuition revenue should be 60% of school expenses. Currently tuition at NBVM is well below that benchmark at only 36 % of expenses. The actual cost per student is $ and 2011-2012 tuition cost per child is $2,800. To be successful we need the involvement of every school family, as well as support from parishioners, friends, and alumni!
There are many ways to support Nativity School. Below are a few:
Adopt a Student – Donate funds to be used for Tuition Assistance
Join the 365 Club,- Our annual appeal to school families, parishioners, alumni and supporters to donate one dollar a day for a total of $365 to ensure our school’s ability to reach the Parish and Diocesan annual fundraising guidelines and secure a sustainable future for the school. Memberships can take a variety of forms – individual, family, or even in honor or in memory of a loved one. Each member will be recognized on a plaque in the school lobby and a new plaque will be created each year. An annual reception will also be held for the members – the 365 Club All Stars. Please consider becoming a 365 Club Member today.
Shop at Dash’s Markets - Thanks to the generosity of Dash’s Market, Nativity of Mary School receives $3.50 for every $100 you spend. Please be sure to save your receipts and send them in to the school or rectory each month.
